Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Our processing times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on how busy we are.

For the most up-to-date info, current processing times are always posted at the top of our website.

PROCESSING VS. SHIPPING

Processing time is the period we spend carefully packing your order and making sure it’s perfect. Shipping time is how long your package spends traveling to you once it leaves our hands.

DELIVERY

Please be aware that Scrunch Paper has no control over delivery time once it has been dropped at the Post Office.

I am not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been received at the Post Office. If you have any questions please email us at scrunchpaper@yahoo.com.
